Mag 254

After resetting mag 254 it not taking portal name 11.iptvrocket.tv after I hit saving it goes blank also it says filling incorrect information. thanks for your help

reboot your internet and mag 254 then enter portal name

Hi Greg I tried few times but still the same, when I press the OK to save it goes blank.

are you using the mac address on the bottom of the mag 254 link that to your username and password

It is the same mag 254 I did the reset on it and after that it is not saving the portal name and portal url saying that filling the incorrect information, I tried rebooting the internet and mag many time but could not succeed. i logged into papiao it is the same mac address linked to my box has.
