mag 254 thru infomir , no tv guide

Hi all,
I don't know if I'm in the correct sub forum (if not, mods pls move) but I have a mag 254 box through Infomir and have had no tv guide, no channel descriptions for the past 3 days. What can I do ? I find it quite time consuming not knowing what the current show is, or when the next show is upcoming.

I have re-loaded the portal, have rebooted the box.

I have EPG and Record options on mine and I'm on the Voodo Server..

I was with iptv express. Now my reseller flipped me to Eagle and its the same thing. I'll have to look into voodoo
