I have a question about the setting for buffering. My box goes out of sync after on channel for a little while and I have to change channels to get it to work again. My question is does the setting for buffering effect to streaming or what is it used for.

I did some tests and found that the European server of NFPS works much more stable than that in America , the explanation is that it is less busy .
For buffering I've written before and will help you, but you need to experiment with its values .

I'm in North America (east). I guess then my troubles are server overloads not all that bad in morn. woulding tweaking the buffer rate probably not help much. thanks for your input.
