mag 254 problem

ever since yesterday when I start up my mag254 I'm getting a message saying please contact your provider to register your device ,just wondering if anyone else having same problem and how they fixed it thanks in advance

We have made NFPS aware of this problem and so far it seems to be only with the Mags. They are working with the developers for a fix. We all hope it's sooner than later.

i have the same issue with 3 donations!

With 160 days left! What's going on?

Tried to linked again but I do does not work!

We're are down in the dark, days before I got a msg that begining in Feb a user name a password would be required ! And now it does not load the portal at all.

Okay i got it working again, here what I did, go to the website to link your donation, enter your donation and the captcha showing in there, then e execute the search, it would display your box info, Click where it says change MAC address, do copy first and then delete leaving that field in Blank then submit in blank,(my mistake was trying to put something in there before) so you submit it in blank it would return in green saying your ma. Address was successfully changed, again enter your donation and the captcha execute the search it should display your MAC address in blank, click again on change MAC address and paste your MAC address copied earlier or just type again your correct MAC address of your box.
Reboot your box and watch tv again.

I did change my image to previous version idk if that is part of the problem or if I need to upload the latest image.
