mag 254 problem

mag 254 frozen screen on multicast load will not exit or turn off please help

Same problem. It wouldn't boot saying firmware update was required. I tried the HTTP version and it failed at verify. then I tried multicast - after that its stuck. I unplugged, waited for 10 minutes and tried again and it immediately says multicast loading...

How do I get out of this screen to load via USB?

boot to BIOS menu and follow these steps to fac reset...then set up internet and update

Your problems are the creation of yourselves are based on incompetent " playing " with the box . To avoid them would be better first to know what and why you do it and then dig into the box.
