when i get a test from anyone , after the test has run out and i turn the box on , i still have the providers menu screen on tv and cant access my inner portal and sometimes get the message saying stb is blocked .without unplugging box and plugging back in whilst holding menu button , to bring up bios screen , loading from nand . Then once loaded i can see my inner portal again . is this normal or is the mag 254 faulty ? Thanks
