Rocket Mag 254 freezing no HGTV

Hi there i joined at 28 Jan first day was awesome no freezing at all, however, during the weekend was freezing and some channels did nt even buffer at all

I.E the week end most popular channels were not working, on the other hand, some of international channels we up and ruining good

is that normal?

1- I like DIY , HGTV ,DISCOVERY, SCIENCE, MOVIES channels ETC......

2- HGTV never worked

Please let me know
