yes i do.
i would like to know,is there a way i can change my 250 to get it into my time zone for the epg and shows. i live on the west coast, but all the shows are in the ont. time zone . so when i check the epg say for 5:00 pm here all the shows are 8:00 pm. my time and epg are set for my zone but can not get shows at my time. is there maybe a server with my time zone?
thanks: bcbud

1) Press OK to get the channel list up
2) Press exit on the remote (its near the arrows)
3) Go to settings
4) Press OK
5) Go to localization and here you can update the time settings.
6) Then go back to Servers and enter pool.ntp.org

thanks, but has been all done, my problem is that i am stuck in the ont. time zone ,so no matter what the time is here, the shows are 3 hrs ahead, so the time here is 5:00 the shows i get are at 8:00 ont. central standard time, i live in bc, which is pacific standard time zone
now might this be that, my server is out of ont. so is my server only have ont. time zone .

Do a factory reset. Then enter all the infor again. Should work

how to do a factory reset on a 250

if it's working now, why factory reset ?

There is a tutural in the Stickies threads here in this forum section that explains how to factory reset the mag250.
If you are gonna do it, then read both posts in that sticky thread. And do it completely as outlined.
