My clients in Puerto Rico have not been able to use VooDoo on their Mag254 device. They are receiving the same message: "Time on the device is not synchronized"; but I setup their boxes and programmed them myself so I know that the portals are all correct and the location is correct. To make it even more confusing, when I activate them on Cod123 and they switch their portal setting, ****** works fine and they do not receive that message. None of my customers in the USA have had any issues. Has anyone else ever had any problems with that particular message and figured out what the problem is and how to solve it?
