Rocket Made a mistake ordering 3 months ago

Hello, 3 months ago I ordered an IPTV rocket, after paying for it I realized I made a mistake and only got the IKS and not the IPTV, being proactive I contacted the seller, papiao.TV and I told them what happened. I explained I would be willing to pay the $10 difference or I would take a refund and once processed I would buy the proper service, they offered me a refund and explained it would take 30-45 business days, they also canceled the account as expected, anyways its been over 54 business days and still nothing showing up in my statements, I've emailed the numerous times and they have not replied. Is there anything I can do... I understand this is a donation but I'm just trying to buy the correct service.

I did similar but only for one month. Then bought one month proper and emailed them giving them order number of each. Got nowhere and wrote it off as not worth pursuing further. Hope you have better luck.

Thanks for the help. But as of now that won't help me. When I agreed to the refund my account got closed (for good reason) as the money was being transferred back. This was due to happen on Oct 6 at the latest (45 business days). Anyway still no refund. I want to clarify I wasn't calling the IPTV service crap.

Also I understand I made a mistake but at the time this upgrade option wasn't available to me. So now I have no working account and lost $94.

Even though asft helped me (thanks), I still tried contacting these guys via email and nothing.. As I was patiently waiting for the refund..... my time to make a claim with my credit card was running out. So I claimed my money back with the protection of my credit card company. Thanks anyways.
