look under system info on box take that mac address to http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?2930-NFPS-Rocket-CUSTOMERS-IMPORTANT-MAC-IPTV-INFO will ask you the 12 digit number of donation and what you see on box when it opens with all your info at bottom will say change mac address put that mac address in and your done the url has changed to 11 not 1 any more if you use nfps its 11.iptvprivateserver.tv on the rocket it 11.iptvrocket.tv/
