Authenitcation Issue?

Hey all.

New here so thanks in advance for the help.

Got my box set up last night and made a donation to NFPS reseller A. Registered my MAC address but was getting a url error. I decided to give another NFPS reseller a try instead, made my donation and got a confirm. Now when I go to reg my MAC address on the site it says that the MAC address already exists. Assuming this is because I've registered once already? I assume I need to change the original MAC to something different and register the new account with my correct MAC?

If it's of any help, I was getting an authentication error when I tried to connect to NFPS this morning. Could that be related?

Any insight would be much appreciated!

The source of the problem is probably the resellers. Many of them sell invalid mac addresses or the same mac address multiple times. Your only recourse is to deal with the resllers about the prior donations. In the future, it would be wise to purchase directly and avoid the pitfalls of the reseller market.

I don't know if anyone will be able to offer better insights.

The url error you were getting could be due to an improper url specification for the server. Make sure you input that correctly in your add-on set-up.
