IPTV66 MAC address link to another donation

I bought a 6 month donation in October and as soon as the login/password era began I could no longer use it as I don't have my order number or anything to find the login... Anyway I ordered another one and now have my route but I can't change the MAC address cause I don't know what the other route or anything is to unlink it from my old donation. I just wanna watch tv

ordernumber is not required to login anymore, but I take it you deleted the old donation number? so I do not think theres much you can do. maybe asft can help get the old mac cleared but without the donation number I think it is gonna be hard persuading iks66. maybe with a picture of your box with the mac showing. I dunno.

I could do that if need be... I ordered my first donation before the login era and it just worked I didn't receive a code or did I think I needed it
