Rocket "MAC address could not be updated" after renew

Hi renewed and mac will not update i need help please.

"Renew" did you get the same number and ports? New numbers will require to unlink from old donation.

I had 2 before ..they went out the same time i may have given the other number when renewing. How to go about unlinking?

Open the old donations at the web site and change mac to all 0"s.

i put in network mac instead of device mac...now ive hit maximum donation searches

Needs the receiver not the network mac and now a 24 hr wait to get things done. It is change mac.
