is there others that have trouble with m8s box not working right with kodi nfps ???

While not soley related to the m8, it has been suggested in many other threads to turn off hardware acceleration/codecs and leave it to software to do the decoding and that does seem to fix the issues you are experiencing. With each successive update (now up to Kodi 16 beta5) the built-in pvr (1.0.3 now) gets better and better, so why not give that a try as well?

I keep testing turning hardware acceleration back on to test it. Doesn't seem to have any issues with VOD, just some live tv streams.

I did turn off acceleration big improvement but still blury on fast sports shows that are live like fox1 supper cross.
but on mag254 its ok..
tried update kodi at app store it only 15.2..have wait for new update...
thanks for help

All M8S units are not the same; not even close to being the same. I'll guess you have one with a rounded remote control, not the rectangular. If so, your version is not a better one. Those run hot, they have poor benchmark scores too. I have tested a number of Amlogic S812 based units. The best for the money is an MX111-g. Look for say a Tronsmart or a Beelink. Those generic M8S while seeming to have the same hardware; do not, and they generally will have poorly complied firmware, translating into poor performance across the board. Benchmarks can be as much as 50% lower. So, not stable, slow, poor graphics and network responses.
I have a Tronsmart, and it's fine with IPTV. All hardware accelerators are running, and this on Kodi v.15.2. The earlier S802 did respond to turning off the HW accelerators.. S812 devices do not need that tweak. I'm also aware that some M8S labled units are actually M8, using the S802. Unethical manufacturers, and distributors. Surprising as it may seem, name brand units are not any more expensive, and you have a well worked out and supported unit.
