lost donation number info but have only Mac Address

My friend has lost his donation number and he needs to get new "server URL", he only has his mac address
How can he solve his problem?

he cant. you need to know your donation number. it has been needed for quite some time to be able to log in, there really is no valid excuse not to have it.

I deleted the email containing my donation info. Checked my inbox and it's definitely not there. Service is working fine now, but I figured it would be a good idea to recover the info just in case I need to make any changes. How do I go about getting this info?
