yes i do
My ISP connection is 25M download however when I use a VPN it goes to 5 or 6 and I tried the closest ones to my location....
Is that common??? and the highly recommended (For Kodi Android) VPN I use doesn't have settings like it does in windows 7... I emailed them awhile back and there answer was it was "The app is designed for Android Smartphones only" I guess not Kodi

Just wondering what you might recommend for Kodi Android
If we are allowed to mention Company names
or something I might try ..... It does an can make a difference in the buffering issues here

Thanks

It sounds like your VPN provider is setting a cap on your speeds or you have your encryption to high(causes a lot of overhead).

Try lowering your encryption a bit or switch providers to a faster one.

Thanks for replying... All I see are 4 different protocol settings, ip address changing but nothing about encryption this is on my windows computer.

On the Kodi android I got no settings other than changing the server and or the location and all it shows is capacity not speed. Thats what downloaded and installed from the Google store... I tried reinstalling but got the same thing

As well on Kodi it will give me "unplayable streams" sometimes when trying to use it.... disconnect from the VPN and they play correctly

I can play IPTV this afternoon but I bet if I leave it connected it will buffer this evening
