kodi not intalled

Nexbox a95x with 6.0.1 will not install 17.3 anyone had this or a fix
tried 32 bit kodi and 64 from the kodi. tv it has 16.1 on it now
any help thank you

you see this box has the latest OS 6.0.1 it should take 17.3

what I realized is that certain boxes is having trouble with kodi. I have an AE254 that as kodi is install it is not in the app installer and would not go on the home scene, I always have to go into settings to get it.

You may want to try installing a different launcher app on the box.

Could you please give me a bit more info on that pionex2020 thank you.

Also i read on line that some boxes have modified kodi's on them that
don't let you upgrade unless you remove the old one

You can install nova launcher, hal launcher or unicalauncher app on your box.
The nova launcher is easy to use but it sometimes is not fully compatible with the box original remote.

Thanks pionex2020 i will consider and research that soon as i get that box back from a friend soon
but i think i will try to smoke the old kodi even though this box came fully loaded included foul XXXX porn one of the apps that i had to delete before i move on that tell"s me that this kodi is modified big time thank you for your options though


i did not tel him though what he missed ha!! ha!! love this hoby
