My box just took a KODI 19 update even though I have updates turned off. I even confirmed that updates were set to notify but do not install after the update and it as still set! What's up with that?

Now my add ons don't work! Can't find my password on APP store to uninstall and reinstall the 18.9 version.

Any ideas for me?

Request a New Password... there should bee a "Forgot Password", click here, somewhere when One Logs In at the App Store Site...!!!

Yes, I no longer have the same email address so I will need to start over. I truly wish that I was younger and more tech savvy. 72 and i'm losing track of the train I am afraid!

Get Ahead of that with a Small Writing Pad and Write down that infro just in case...!!! 4me does many things thru the "NET" and sometimes those Long and Special Passwords and, emails not frequently used, need to bee found to continue...!!! Consider it a "Safety Net" and only let One Special(S/O) Know where it is kept in case of an Emergency...!!?

4me likes using Grocery Receipts...!!! :cool:

Go find Your Downloads in Your Box Menu and see if the Older Version is Still in there...!!! If it is just Re-Install It...!!

Download old versions directly from Kodi

Download old versions directly from Kodi here;

Code:
http://mirrors.kodi.tv/releases/

Select platform(win/android/etc) then select chipset arch.(32/64bit) then select version you want.

Ex: Android
32bit -Arm(V7a)
64bit -Arm64 (V8a)
ver 18.9

*you still have to go into your Google Play settings and turn off Auto- Updating for KODI (or you can disable for all apps).
**Version checking in Kodi settings is for programs and addons installed within your kodi setup.

Thank you very much. Great instructions. I believe that I now have them turned off for all apps... I guess that time will tell.
