Keep getting this msg ?!

Hello all,

I keep getting this msg almost once a day now. It says

" Unable to connect to the server, due to a connection error. Try rebooting your box.If that does not work, try rebooting your modem or router"

Any idea why? to let you know that when I get that msg my internet is working flawlessly.

Help much appreciated.
