Is it possible to transfer portals?

Okay so my ISP (in Barbados) has blocked the portal i have been assigned to, that being the 22.iptvrocket.tv portal but they havent blocked the 11.iptvrocket.tv portal so i wanted to know if its possible to get a transfer to that portal so i can continue to use the service that i paid for. This seems to be my only option considering that i cant get a vpn to run on my router because my ISP blocked those kind of shenanigans as well. Please help.

why would they block 22.iptvrocket and not block 11.iptvrocket dont think it is isp problem are you sure you have the correct info on 22.iptvrocket.tv

iptvrocket.is and use the email contact and ask them if they will do that for you.

what info would that be? and its a known fact in my country that the 22 is blocked they havent block all the portals just some
