hi i am get faild service on kodi now and unable to change my mac can some 1 help me how i log in please as i dont have an email address on here i got my service from a reseller. its asking for route and email or client and alll i hav is donation number

Hi this will be always like this the reason why i am saying it sometimes you all will not be available at the moment we need to reset our IPTV donation or update the mac address...

Having the same problem here.. Have various donations with same situation.. I'm searching since yesterday and there's no official announcement of problems to access routes... Hope we all find a solution or someone helps. In the previous update, that was then reversed for some reason, I did access my routes with order number and route number...
