thanks

the worst of it all is there is no info coming from anywhere to let you know whats happening or when the expect it back up , are they going to reinstate the epg or do we have to use epg.ninja which hold on a min doesnt work , not tonight anyway it was ok for 1 day

10-4. They have a lot of work to do before the system is useable. West coast gets no bandwidth and causes all kinds of buffering issues. EPG is also a problem on their end due to no one working on keeping it up. The service keeps getting more and more expensive and support gets worse and worse. I have 2 subscriptions for myself am and manage about 30 more for friends and family across the us.

All my east coast peoples are happy with everything but the epg. They rarely have any issues.

All my west coast peoples either want there money back or are just going to let there subscriptions run out until something changes. I get at least 3 calls a day due to buffering, freezing, or here lately completely unwatchable between about 8am to almost 11pm.

I agree that the service is flake at best but that's tv testing. it will always be a work in progress. If you want flawless tv with 24/7 support do like I do and pay 100.00 a month to your cable/sat provider. The 80.00 a year subscription covers expenses like servers and development, I don't think they're rolling in money. It will get better but then it may become like the old sat testing days and they start counter measures to stop us. For now it's a hobby at best. Who knows what the future will bring!
