NFPS / Private iptv reset

Hello,
I have been with this service for years and now I cannot login to the iptv rest or mac checker,
I don't have a client or order ID just email and donation code and I cannot login,
I contacted the service already and they reset something and now I have nothing working, I am not new at this just If I can't login I can't fix anything.
It is so frustrating to not have any control on my end and now nothing works as it did before but with downtime.

Please help.

did you reboot your internet and your iptv device that you are using after they reset it for you try that

I got everything resolved, and it works great, problem was since the new login procedure I thought my email was the login email but it was the reseller i bought it from.
