Rocket IPTV Reset & Rocket Checker will not accept my credentials

Hi.

I am trying to log-into Rocket Checker. Either I get a error message or an error message says that my username or password is wrong. I am certain it is not that (double, triple checked). Never had a problem ever (years) till now.

I am using this link-papiao.is/main/search_rocket.

Any ideas what is up or how to fix this?

If you wish, you can send any staff (purple or blue) your details (order number, rocket) IN A PRIVATE MESSAGE to see if the problem can be replicated. If that doesn't work, the super moderators (Crazed 2.0, marley) have tools to search to see if they can find your order.
