Hi,
I tried to reset IPTV today. When I log-in https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket, it does not give me an option to reset IPTV. it does not give me an option to change MAC address either. It shows as below.

Status says Inactive, which means it has been stopped.
A stopped or inactive code will not show or have the Change MAC function.

Did you do a charge back on the order or anything like that ?

I just got the code few weeks ago. It worked fine before and after the server moved.
No, i did not get charge back on the order or anything like that.

So is the Mac address we using with Mag 254 unlinked when it is Inactive or expires ? If we didn't change it before it expires. It is not locked with the Inactive donation so you can't use it with a new donation on Mag 254, is it ? Still thinking whether is is causing
"Your stb is blocked call the provider" problem.

yes, with expired codes the MAC is automatically un-linked and at the same second that the code becomes expired
