NFPS / Private IPTV is down

I was watching cnn and everything froze. I restarted kodi and even cleaned out my cache and nothing is happening. When I click on a channel is says 'iptv loading.. then 'working' but nothing happens.

I want my money back. With the constant buffering, and other issues, this is definitely not worth $80

Youre not the only one. Plus they dont have refunds. They would probably fix it.
