IPTV freezing after 5 minutes - live TV Kodi

Hello There,

I just purchased an android box (quad core octacore video mygica 380) Came with kodi helix installed, I'm interested in streaming live news channels, US Canadian channels. I don't know much of this stuff and installed isralive that gives me a whole bunch of channels across the world. Plus I also installed fusion and suprrepo.

Eveything appears to work, I hit TV in kodi , the listings load on top of the page......hit channels and I have a whole bunch of stuff..........hit "CNN US" starts playing the news and 5 minutes latter its frozen and I have to reboot the box. Or it boots me out of kodi. The same with other skynews.

I tried streaming a movie on crackle (free site android app) and it streams no prob. So I think it has to do with iptv.

Any help appreciated

have you been into the settings for acceleration they are found here----> System > Settings > Video > Playback. Select Allow hardware acceleration try enable or even dissable, when streaming a channel pressing the "o" will bring up your streaming details but some boxes dont require the setting tobe active and some do but you cant compaire an online hosted video/tv to a like running stream they are running completly different settings

C'mon ppl, at least take some time to read... look at the site, there are tons of info explaining why your netflix or hulu or crackle app works perfect and iptv don't.... nice day
