VOD / INFO I'm not able to see anything please help!

Hello, I subscribed april 22 2018 but since july 21 i'm not able to watch any channel with my tv box.

Model of the tv box: MAG322 11.4-A0ZZ-00 02
Serial Number: 112017J003513MAC:
Date of manufacture: 12 Nov 2017

I even changed my internet provider and it still doesn't work. Someone told me that probably IPTV just blocked my IP address.
Please come-back to me with something.

it is not iptv that would do any blocking. It would be the service provider... AT&T is a known one to do that.

At server level you could try changing the server URL (down at the website, but not Rockets), or performing a IPTV Reset with Country Locked.

At ISP level you could try using a Free Public Google DNS

If you get "Your STB is not supported", you are not being Blocked by your ISP.
If you changed your ISP, check your Donation Information page to see if you have the ISP Lock Enabled.
(also check all other info is correct and Status is Active)
Do an IPTV Reset which will clear the ISP Lock's saved Info(or you can disable it), and clear all saved parameters relating to your Equipment.
Before you do the reset, unplug your STB.
After you do the IPTV Reset, plug in your STB and see if you get connected.
If not, send a PM to one of the Moderators or contact the Provider directly.
