IKS66 not resetting

Hello everyone my name is Juan this is my first post I am looking for help to reset my route
When I do a reset it says successful.
But when I try to download the m3u file the browser can not reach
the server.

Do some reading on the site. You cannot have a MAC address showing in the Donation Checker and obtain the M3U.
