IKS66 is Down for my MAG - no help - Any others offer monthly so I can try them out?

I bought a MAG254 and 1 month account at IKS66. I am new to this so thought it was best to try things out slowly before I commit to a year.

I had my MAG working for 1 day before it went offline. I am confident that it is not my MAG causing the issue but something on the IKS66 side. The account works, just not with the MAG. Emails and messages to IKS66 have fallen on deaf ears.. I have not received a single response from them.

Do any of the other servers offer 1 month accounts? I am very hesitant to pay for a 1 year account based on what I have seen so far with IKS66.

Hey KoolKat,

I have relinked the MAC many many times with no change. I have tried putting the MAG on different internet connections to insure it was not a provider blocking something. I put the MAG behind a VPN to further insure nothing was going on by the providers. I wiped the MAG yesterday and set it up again with no change.

Just to be sure though, when you say re-link the MAC, you do mean to change the MAC address registered with IKS66 then change it back? I tried to increment by one then back again. I have switched the registered MAC to a 78 and used an Android emulator which works, then switched it back again. The MAG still does not work. If I am missing something I will gladly take the direction.

There are a number of posts in the IKS66 subforum with people with the same problem. The lack of support says that its time to try another provider.

Again I will gladly take any direction or advise on getting this thing working. I fully admit I am new to IPTV, but not to tech.

you need to send a pic of your mag box sticker on bottom, w/mad & serial and your donation order # to the purchase site, they will take care of it
 
Here is the rocket support and i can tell you the mods here do there best to help. I have a 2 mag, 2 android box, phone, pc and my tablet all on rocket and i have no complain with them

The URL provided hxxp://66.iptv66.tv is the only one I have ever used. I only bought the membership 1 week ago I believe. Not sure when or if it was something before that.

I have emailed support all the details above. Just not getting any response. I am gone for the weekend so we will see what happens over the weekend.

It is working now. Was out for 4 days. I emailed them a few times but only got a response Saturday. As per direction here one of the later emails I attached a photo of the label on the Mag.

Would love to know what causes the problem so I can avoid in the Future. Still makes me hesitant to pay for more then a month.

Was wondering so its 66 changing things so your box wasn't working now it is........ So do they extend your monthly another 4 days ?
