I have a unique problem

I have a problem with my Mag254 that I have not had, or have I read about this on the forum. On ch. 300 I have a frozen still picture from a couple of days ago during one of the freezing periods on the rocket server. All the other channels are playing normal. So far I have checked settings to see if I could see anything unusual. I also pulled the power from the back of the 254 and rebooted. At this point I don't know what else to try to get rid of this "glitch" and get back to normal programing on ch. 300.

that's where server stopped streaming and what it will show until it's fixed
most times it will be a 5 to 10 second loop

I think that channel is working. Can someone verify if ch 300 (HBO) is working.
