IPTV66 I can't login to iks66.tv/main/login/, please help.

I need to be able to login at ******************because I need to change the MAC address, but entering my email address in the username field, and the 13 digit number in the password field (the password number given in the email that I was sent) will NOT let me in, I get a "Your Username / Password combination is invalid" error message. Please tell me what I need to enter to get in.
Second question, I see "Donation Number" mentioned in many posts. What is the donation number? Is it the same thing as the "order number" I was provided?

Order number is 16 digits
Donation number is 12 or 13 digits (Rocket and NFPS is 12 digits, while iptv66 is 13 digits).
With iptv66, the Donation number is referred to as the Route number.

I already read the above link, several times.
So, the 13 digit "Username and Password" number given in the email I was sent is one and the SAME as both the "Route Number" and the "Donation Number" that everyone is referring to in the posts.
When trying to login to iks66.tv/main/login/ I have followed the instructions thread you mentioned to the letter. I tried using the order number in the Username field and I get a "The email field must contain a valid email address" error message. When I enter my email address in the username field I get a "Your Username / Password combination is invalid" error message. In both cases I have been using the 13 digit Route/Donation number in the Password field. What am I doing wrong here?

are you trying to access the reseller panel ?
That link you posted earlier is for a reseller panel.
That login is not the same. They would have gaven you a special password just for a reseller panel.

If you just have a one Route code, then the link below

then open the Route Checker tab and enter the 16 digit Order number in the first line and the 13 Route number in the second line.
