yes i do
Hi guys,

I'm Jonathan, a product manager working in the tech industry in north east England.

I've been using Kodi on android for the past couple years freely and happily! I've just recently started looking into IPTV and I'd love some advice and help...

A bit about my setup....

Internet: BT broadband - get around 5mg speed (I know this is awful) There is no fibre in my area :(
Device: Android box - Mobie Dazzle Amlogic
Using: Kodi

I'd really just like some advice on how to setup using Kodi, which service is best to purchase for UK people etc. Any walk through guides would be useful. Will i struggle with my internet speed? In essence I want to get rid of my sky tv subscription but only willing to if i'll have a reliable backup.

Thanks in advance!!

Hi Jonathan and welcome,

Personally I have an Iptv66 donation, using the built in stalker client in kodi 16.1 (can't get my head around the krypton build yet using estuary), I have the pulse ccm build from the ares wizard (because I can't be bothered to set up the addons myself). Unfortunately I also have a poop Internet speed at 7mbps and its satisfactory. I was down to 3mbps last year and it would struggle with HD channels. Your Internet speed means you are on the cusp of being OK. I would personally get a one month subscription which is cheap, set it up and check it out.

While using the service, due to your Internet speed, if you have kids or partner watching YouTube or anything else, you might struggle but worth a go. The savings in the long term are well worth it
