Would someone post or lead me to instructions on step by step with what info to put in what box to set up my Mag 254. Set it up with donation but keeps getting error message when put in login and password. Have to unplug power to unit to get back to screen where info can be put into slots but will lock up when get to log on.

There's a Mag section just below this section. One of the subforums is Mag 250 & Mag 254 IPTV Box. Look in that section in the stickies. One tutorial (and I'd read through all of it) is for the Mag 254.
