This is assuming your MAC is bound correctly with your donation number.(Works for Rocket/NFPS)
I had a blue loading bar for the last day and this is what I used to fix it.
Mag 254
-Update Firmware to R14
-Reset Settings
-Clear User Data
-Reboot Device
-Let the device load into the portal, re-input donation number for user and password
Avov TVonline+
-Update Latest Firmware
-Complete Device Reset
-Re-input Server (Do not use credentials)
-Load Live TV, wait for the authentication prompt
