I just noticed IP TV technology today and Im interested in it and and have some questions, in regards to the AVOV-TVONLINE unit, Syndicate Tv and STALKER TV. I wanted to ask the specific questions in the 'IPTV Talk News & Announcements' Forum section but I dont see the big read 'Post New Thread' button. How and when can I ask my Q's in the correct forum section?
