Hi I'm new user

I got a problem that my MAG254 box i only can see a few channels
From my provider i see only like 15 channels of the hundreds that i have someone know whats up and how to fix it? Before i can see it all
But move the box to
Other home
And stop
Working :-( any help
Will be appreciate
