Hello Peter and Welcome to IPTV Talk, please do some reading to get familiar. Assuming you do have high speed internet ,you need a stb box, MAG254 is recommended but there are several other alternative, you also need to sign up with Rocket/NFPS for a yearly membership ,setup what ever unit you have with a donation number which you will get once you sign up for a membership and then register the MAC address of your device.
