I'm new to the community. I’m here to learn and get some advice.
I have a MAG254 with a donation to IPTV66 for a few years, the service was ok but a lot off freezing and a few week ago I let the donation expire waiting for my new MAG420W.
Any advice on a better service provider ?

Welcome some good advice to you would be to send the mag back.Maybe try out Nfps or Rocket.
