I am new to this forum and just last night I made a THREE month order! but my order number came starting with 6821 not 6820 so when I try to check my order status NOT POSSIBLE :-(

Please help me.

Hi there!

The first thing you should do is edit your post & remove the order number.

Presumably you got that number in an email, Go to rhe bottom of the email & look for a string of numbers under Username & Password. It's beside Add MAC Address. That's your route/donation number & that's what you use to check your route status & add/change your MAC address.

...and no! I didn't get that number from an email... I copied it from the screen as soon as I completed my payment! I was told I will get an email within 24 hours (I did not receive it yet)!?

Anyway I don't know what is going on?
 
yea the correct number donation will be sent via email.
If more then 24 hours , then email them again. Although it can take a little longer.
