Help Please

OK so I was playing around with the video output and selected 1080p and after reboot all I have is a blank screen and cant get into any of the settings
If i unplug i do get the loading screen but nothing after that I cant seem to get back into setup SO THANKS IN ADVANCE

when box is booting push the menu button repeadly to get to settings, menu button is one of 4 small round ones around the ok and arrows buttons, its the bottom left one, hope this helps.
