'It's powerful stuff.'
Director: Marc Munden
Writer: Jack Thorne
Jodie Comer as Sarah
Stephen Graham as Tony
Sarah seems to have found her calling working in a Liverpool care home where she has a special talent for connecting with the residents.
Then, in March 2020, the Coronavirus pandemic hits.
-end c/p
Jodi Comer is a fantastic talent. She may have pulled this movie to the level it become.
It really is well done for a movie as it is. It does not touch on truths or untruths really.
It shows a real live reality that some went thru.
Okay, when they escaped and lived in a trailer 'quarantined' and in the mud flats, well that was a bit off the wall.
This movie brings the health care institution of the UK into the light.
If the tale is accurate, it's not a pretty tale
I give it a 3 thumbs
The movie is trying to make a point and so how be it... it works
