There seems to be some issues with routing between your location and the server. I suspect that you aren't the only one. Even though you might have locally 15+ Mb, the packets sent from the server may not be arriving fast enough to put them in order to be watchable, hence the buffering. I don't think there is much you can do locally if that's happening, but using a VPN seems to eliminate a few of the 'hops' the packets have to make to your location. That might not help everyone, but it does help in my case.

LOL my 300MB connect has 0 issues except when I am wireless on the 2.4ghz spectrum that is completely saturated in my neighborhood.... Hardwired for this guy all the way!
LOL, 300mbit is too slow for me. I am on a dedicated fiber line direct to Comcast hub. 2 gigabit symmetrical connection.
