I'm not a novice, if you input the username and password, it continuously ask you to enter it. It appears to be an issue on the server end or has to do with the avov box. Using an avov fuse.

Not all Avov Boxes. The TVonline does not ask for a username and password once you set it up in settings using "credentials".

I had same problem with tvonline+.
Went into server settings opened edit server, checked off the box for Credentials, entered 12 digit code in both user name and password.
Exited
Restarted box and have not had to enter information again.
