Rocket having a hard time getting mag250 up and running... with rocket

I tried to use the tutorial on loading donation etc. for use with rocket iptv.
is there anyone that can walk me through this... I am doing this for a friend and tried to research but I am missing something. If anyone can do a step by step it would be appreciated...
I have already loaded mac address to rocket..
but can't figure out where the rest of info goes.
below is what i got from rocket.. i changed the #'s tp xx for security..
can someone take the time to help with this... where do I input the info sent from rocket... where do i find each line to add to box..
i am wishing to use (dish) only
IPTV PORTAL: xx.iptvrocket.tv (where do i input this)
IKS SERVER: x.rocketserver.tv (Dish) (where do I input this)
PORT: xxxxx (Dish) (where do i input this)
DESKEY: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (where do i input this)
STATUS: ACTIVE

mac address (where do i input this)
and do I need to download channels or are they already available...
Your help is greatly appreciated... doing this for an 84 year old who had less knowledge than I do,

server portal and disk key are for iks


for iptv you load the portal address and where ever you you bought the code you link your mac address
then reboot the box

when you turn it on it should connect to the portal address

so I understand it to be that.... all i need to do is load the line that is bold and underlined.. and then the mac address...
do i not need to put in the donation # they sent me...? do i need to reset router also or just reboot the box...
