NFPS / Private Guys my USA channels are going in fast forward its been a couple of months now.

I aint messing guys this is the prob the sound is playing normal speed but the picture is speeded up its going faster than it should. Thankfully all my uk channels sports movies etc are still fine so i cant complain too much im still getting a bargin but at the end of the day im missing out. it could be a quick fix so im here asking what the craic is with this how can i sort it out its been like this for a couple of months

that worked a treat man youre a legend. something so easy solve my problem from a couple of months. thanks for your help thay made my weekend, happy to solve that prob ive a big smile on me face watching history channel i love it lol
