NFPS / Private Got double charged for a single donation code from sponsor

Hi

I purchased one donation code 3 months ago, using the sponsor website. They double charged my credit card. Tried to email them multiple times to clear it up, no response. A moderator from this site told me to contact my bank and get one charge removed. Which I did, the bank removed one of the $105 US charge.

Now the sponsor has unactivated my donation code, so what now? Even the I paid for one code, would be nice if they responded to my emails in order to clear this up.

Anyone have any advice? Thank you
