Props to Android Man for this info.

Go to your router settings.
Click on your Network.
Look for your DHCP server settings.
For secondary DNS server place 8.8.8.8 in there and click to save.
Exit your router settings.
Unplug your box from power.
Unplug your modem and router.
Plug all back in.
Plug your box back in
Go to server and see if it works for you.

Worked for my Mag 254 and Avov boxes.

This worked like a Charm on My Avov Fuse box. Now it is running like a champ ;)

Props to Android Man. Thanks for this :)

you gave credit where credit is due, so how cool is that :)
Posting it here is fine, it exposes it to more people and it just might be their fix.
Thnx

For future reference...
To post an iptvTalk web link, highlight to turn all blue the web pages http address from the web brower address bar, then right click on it and copy the address.
Long as it is an iptvTalk web page link, you can paste that link in your post (right click again to paste). Then it will be a Live link.
If the link is from else where on the Web, then you would have to code the link or post as a dead link (with no http included).
Highlight the coded link below by making it total blue in color, and right click on it and you should see Open Link in New Tab option. That is the easiest way to open a coded link :)
