Did you put it on a thumb drive? If so, I think you just might have a clone, not a real T6. I had that issue with a clone I got off flebay and had to return it. Got an original and the files loaded right up.
after thought: Did you put the r20 file on first? If not, try that first. If the box is a clone it will not see the file.
